High wear resistant steel:

We recommend using ASSAB 8407 or DAC55 (suitable for long-term production of TPE/EPDM materials, with strong corrosion resistance).

Surface treatment:

Mirror polishing of the mold cavity (Ra ≤ 0.1 μ m) or TD treatment (to improve the demolding performance of rubber adhesive parts).
