Injection aluminum mold only needs to melt aluminum into liquid and then inject it into the injection mold for molding. The cost of such production molds will be more expensive, but the unit price of the product will be cheaper.
Die-casting molds only need to put the plate on the die-casting mold for extrusion molding. The mold is relatively cheap, but the part structure cannot be too complicated, and the unit price of the product will be more expensive.
Die-casting molds can generally only use H13 materials. Because the product is metal, the mold material requirements are relatively high, and because the structure is relatively simple, the mold production time will be shorter than the injection mold production time.
