1. Mold steel: NAK80, S136 and other high-hardness, corrosion-resistant steels are preferred to ensure that the mold life is ≥ 600,000 times, and the surface is polished to Ra0.4μm or less to meet the finish requirements of medical equipment

2. Core technology:

Injection molding: Use multi-stage injection technology to control pressure and speed in sections to avoid obvious weld lines.

Micro-foaming technology: used for internal bracket parts to reduce weight while maintaining strength.

Two-color injection molding: integrated soft rubber anti-slip layer and hard shell to improve grip comfort

Quality control standards:

1. Accuracy requirements: Dimensional tolerance: ±0.01mm (core structural parts), parting surface clearance ≤0.02mm.

Surface treatment: The textured surface needs to be compared with the color plate to avoid texture differences; there are no scratches or pitting in the mirror area

2. Functional test:

Cycle test: The mold needs to pass ≥1000 continuous injection molding verification without mold jamming or wear.

Medical compliance: The finished product complies with the YY/T 0466-2016 medical electrical equipment safety standard and passes the biocompatibility test
