Vacuum cleaner injection mold manufacturing technology:

I. Key points of mold structure design

1. Optimization of demolding mechanism

The injection mold of the vacuum cleaner shell needs to solve the problem of demolding adhesion, and mainly adopts the design of a liftable support body + linkage drive component. For example:

Passive demolding technology: The drive component is triggered when the movable mold and the fixed mold are separated to the maximum height, driving the support body to descend and detach from the molding shell, reducing manual intervention.

Quick disassembly of sliding components: The sliding rod and the fixed rod built into the sliding box are plugged in to replace the traditional bolt connection, shortening the disassembly time (applicable to vacuum cleaner nozzle mold).

Dual-cavity synchronous injection: The front and rear side mold cores are respectively molded with the first and second cavities to achieve synchronous production and improve efficiency (vehicle dust cup mold case)7.


2. Exhaust system design

In order to solve the injection molding air hole problem, the mold needs to integrate an efficient exhaust structure:

Sealing block + oblique air cavity combination: The sealing block is pressed against the exhaust through hole by a spring. During injection molding, the melt pressure pushes the sealing block up, and the gas is discharged through the oblique air cavity to avoid loose structure6.

Linkage support cover: When the support body is raised or lowered, the support covers on both sides move in linkage to expand the exhaust channel (vacuum cleaner housing mold).


3. Cooling system optimization

Y-type cooling channel: A Y-type channel is set on the bottom of the fixed mold seat, and the coolant is evenly distributed to improve the heat dissipation efficiency (vacuum cleaner cover mold).

Cooling chamber circulation design: The bottom mold seat has a built-in cooling chamber, and the coolant circulates from the inlet to the outlet to accelerate molding (vehicle dust cup mold).


Ⅱ. Material selection

1. Mold material selection: 45#, p20, 718, 718H, S316, H13, etc.

2. Molding plastic material selection:

ABS: used for shells and handles, with both strength and chemical resistance.

PP: suitable for internal structural parts, excellent heat resistance.

PC: the first choice for transparent window parts, high temperature resistance and high light transmittance.


3. Key production processes

1. Injection molding parameter control

Temperature and pressure: adjusted according to the melting point of the material (such as ABS injection molding temperature 220-250℃, pressure 60-100MPa).

Cooling cycle: combined with the cooling system design, the cycle is shortened to 30-60 seconds (vehicle dust cup case).


2. Automation and precision guarantee

Positioning system: through the positioning column and the positioning hole plug-in, the mold clamping accuracy is ensured (error ≤ 0.05mm).

Ejector mechanism: The cylinder drives the ejector plate to achieve automatic demolding and reduce manual intervention.


3. Innovation point-1: The gear-rack linkage drives the support body to descend, and the support cover is synchronously controlled to move to achieve demolding of complex structures. Effect: The demolding time is reduced by 40%, and the finished product yield is increased to more than 98%.

Innovation point-2: Modular sliding component design, the disassembly efficiency is increased by 50%. Effect: Suitable for rapid mold change of multiple models of suction heads, reducing mold development costs

A: Mold Payment: 40% deposit by T/T in advance, 30% second mold payment before sending out the first trial samples, 30% mold balance after you agree the final samples.

B:Production Payment: 50% deposit in advance, 50% before sending out the final goods.
